Sliding supports (series 4.903-10: 5 release)

Designed for heating systems laid above ground and underground. The series covers a range of pipe diameters from 25 to 1,400 mm. Release No. 5 includes the following types: T13– T17. OST 4.903-10 applies to diameters: 1420, 1220, 1020, 920, 820, 720, 630, 530, 480, 426, 377, 325, 273, 219, 159, 133, 108, 89, 76, 57, 45, 38 and 32.

Rigid frontal support four-hardened reinforced type T7

from DN 426 to 1420 inclusive are used as fixed supports.

Consists of reinforced stops. Stops are welded to the pipeline during installation.

Example of symbol: type T7 version 1 for the DN 426 pipeline: Rigid support 426-T7.09.

Sliding Moving support type T13

from DN 32 to DN 159 and from DN 194 to DN 630 inclusive, are used as movable supports. Consists of a bent bracket and a welded stiffener. The length of the bracket L is from 170. from DN194 to DN630 - from a bent bracket and welded stiffeners and pillows.

Sliding Moving support type T14

from DN32 to DN159 and from DN194 to DN1420 inclusive, are used as movable supports. Consists of a bent bracket and a welded stiffener. L = 340. From DN194 to DN1420 - from a bent bracket and welded stiffeners and pillows.

Moving support type T15

from DN 194 to 1420 mm, L = 680 mm inclusive, are used as movable supports.

Consists of a bent bracket with welded stiffeners and pillows.

An example of a legend: type T15 of execution 28 with a height of 100 mm for the DN720 pipeline: Moving support 720-T15.28.

Moving sliding supports type T16.

Dielectric sliding supports type T16.00 are designed for fastening steel technological pipelines for various purposes with an outer diameter of DN from 194 to 630 mm.

They are made in accordance with TU-04698606-001-04 "Pipeline Support", series 4.903-10 release 5.

Moving sliding supports, type T17.

Dielectric sliding supports type T17.00 are designed for fastening steel technological pipelines for various purposes with an outer diameter DN from 194 to 1420 mm.

They are made in accordance with TU-04698606-001-04 "Pipeline Support", series 4.903-10 release 5.

Engineering communications used to transport liquids and gases are subject to numerous loads. Only high-quality supports combining resistance to mechanical stress, temperature extremes, constant contact with atmospheric precipitation are capable of guaranteeing long service life of pipelines.

General characteristics

The main element of the sliding support is the channel, to which the supporting part with the sliding elements is attached. For fixing the pipe holders are provided with a semicircular shape. The support for the pipeline allows the line section to move relative to the axis, thus compensating for thermal expansion and soil displacement.

Depending on the design, the following types of supports are distinguished: 

• Clamp on brackets. The main scope of application is the ground installation of utilities. In the clamp support, the pipe is held by a pair of elements that do not limit its longitudinal movement;
• Compatible with land and underground communications. They have a cage with balls that allow the pipe to move not only in the longitudinal but also in the transverse direction;
• These supports are used for pipelines laid inside tunnels. The design of the elements allows longitudinal displacement of the line, while the lateral movement is limited by stops;
• Special support elements for regions with increased seismic activity. The yoke design, unlike the clamp structure, allows you to take on large loads. As a rule, they are installed on large pipe diameters.
