Pipelines that transport oil and gas products, various types of liquid and gaseous compounds; boiler plants passing heated to high temperatures steam under high pressure; details of mining industry devices, including drilling and mining operations; as tubes in heat exchangers, where they are constantly exposed to the difference in high and low temperatures; parts of actively working details and assemblies in the automotive and engineering industries that are actively exploited and have the potential for rapid wear.

Manufacturing Methods and Characteristics

In the manufacture of seamless cold-rolled pipes pass through various technologies, including:

• rolling;
• drawing;
• a combination of both methods.

After the end of the production process, all steel cold-rolled pipes are subjected to complete inspection using ultrasound equipment and other types of instrument and laboratory control.

All products of this category can be divided into groups depending on:

• diameter of pipes produced in the range of 4-280 mm;
• wall thickness - from 0.5 mm and above (maximum values ​​are not limited in mm but are determined in relation to the diameter);
• length ranges of measured and unmeasured with possible deviations;
• curvature allowed per 1 meter of pipe;
• steel grade used;
• chemical composition, including copper and nickel.
